64. Jacob⁶ Ocker (Anthony⁵ Acker, Casper⁴, Peter³, Casper², Jacob?¹) was born in VA on January 25, 1823.⁽¹⁰⁴¹⁾ Jacob died on August 30, 1861 in Henry County, IN, at age 38.⁽¹⁰⁴²⁾ His body was interred in the Painter Cemetery after August 30, 1861 in Fall Creek Twp, Henry Co, IN.⁽¹⁰⁴³⁾

He married Mary Ann Martin Ringold on February 25, 1858 in Henry County, IN.⁽¹⁰⁴⁴⁾ Mary was born on July 27, 1823 in IN.⁽¹⁰⁴⁵⁾ Mary died on April 18, 1880 at age 56.⁽¹⁰⁴⁶⁾ When Mary was age 36 and Jacob Ocker was age 37 they became the parents of Rachel Ringold Ocker on May 24, 1860 in Henry County, IN.⁽¹⁰⁴⁷⁾ Mary was listed as a household member living with Jacob Ocker in the 1860 Census in Jefferson Township, Henry County, IN.⁽¹⁰⁴⁸⁾ The following individuals are also linked to this event: Jesse Mellett (enumerator); Sarah Ringo (household member); John Ringo (household member); Rachel Ringold Ocker (household member); Danny Ringo (household member); Margaret Ringo (household member); George Stanley (neighbor); Elizabeth Sarah Ocker (neighbor).
