Jacob died about 1798 in Hempfield Twp, Lancaster Co, Pennsylvania, at age unknown.⁽⁶⁰⁾ When Jacob was age unknown and Anna Kauffman was age unknown they became the parents of Barbara Neff about 1755.⁽⁶¹⁾ When Jacob was age unknown and Anna Kauffman was age unknown they became the parents of John Neff about 1756.⁽⁶²⁾ When Jacob was age 29 and Anna Kauffman was age 26 they became the parents of Jacob Neff in February 1757.⁽⁶³⁾ When Jacob was age 30 and Anna Kauffman was age 27 they became the parents of Elizabeth Neff on December 18, 1757.⁽⁶⁴⁾ When Jacob was age 34 and Anna Kauffman was age 31 they became the parents of Anna Neff on February 21, 1762.⁽⁶⁵⁾ When Jacob was age 37 and Anna Kauffman was age 34 they became the parents of Magdalena Neff on October 14, 1764.⁽⁶⁶⁾ When Jacob was age unknown and Anna Kauffman was age unknown they became the parents of Susanna Neff about 1766.⁽⁶⁷⁾ When Jacob was age unknown and Elizabeth Acker was age unknown they became the parents of Catherine Neff about 1788.⁽⁶⁸⁾ When Jacob was age unknown and Elizabeth Acker was age unknown they became the parents of Polly Neff about 1789.⁽⁶⁹⁾ When Jacob was age unknown and Elizabeth Acker was age unknown they became the parents of Henry Neff about 1790.⁽⁷⁰⁾
