Eugenis died on September 5, 1949 in Springport, Henry Co, IN, at age 81.⁽²⁶⁰⁷⁾ Sank gave death year as 1950. His body was interred in the Painter Cemetery after September 5, 1949 in Fall Creek Twp, Henry Co, IN.⁽²⁶⁰⁸⁾ The gravestone reads: 1868-1949.

He married Laura Alcinda Cummins on July 16, 1892 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶⁰⁹⁾ Laura was born on December 17, 1877 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁰⁾ Laura died on December 14, 1940 in Springport, Henry Co, IN, at age 62.⁽²⁶¹¹⁾ Her body was interred in the Painter Cemetery after December 14, 1940 in Fall Creek Twp, Henry Co, IN.⁽²⁶¹²⁾ When Laura was age 15 and Eugenis Lee Ocker was age 24 they became the parents of Cuba Lee Ocker on February 1, 1893 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶¹³⁾ When Laura was age 18 and Eugenis Lee Ocker was age 28 they became the parents of Nanny Pauline Ocker on October 10, 1896 in Sulphur Springs, Henry Co, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁴⁾ When Laura was age 20 and Eugenis Lee Ocker was age 29 they became the parents of Lionel William Ocker on December 20, 1897 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁵⁾ When Laura was age 22 and Eugenis Lee Ocker was age 32 they became the parents of Pearl Mateel Ocker on March 16, 1900 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁶⁾ When Laura was age 30 and Eugenis Lee Ocker was age 39 they became the parents of Ethel May Ocker on January 14, 1908 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁷⁾

When Eugenis was age 24 and Laura Alcinda Cummins was age 15 they became the parents of Cuba Lee Ocker on February 1, 1893 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁸⁾ When Eugenis was age 28 and Laura Alcinda Cummins was age 18 they became the parents of Nanny Pauline Ocker on October 10, 1896 in Sulphur Springs, Henry Co, IN.⁽²⁶¹⁹⁾ When Eugenis was age 29 and Laura Alcinda Cummins was age 20 they became the parents of Lionel William Ocker on December 20, 1897 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶²⁰⁾ When Eugenis was age 32 and Laura Alcinda Cummins was age 22 they became the parents of Pearl Mateel Ocker on March 16, 1900 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶²¹⁾ When Eugenis was age 39 and Laura Alcinda Cummins was age 30 they became the parents of Ethel May Ocker on January 14, 1908 in Henry County, IN.⁽²⁶²²⁾ He resided in Springport, Henry Co, IN before 1949.⁽²⁶²³⁾ Had 100 acres left of orignal 500 acre land grant which was sold off to pay heirs. Eugenis Lee Ocker and Laura Alcinda Cummins had the following children:

655 ii. Nanny Pauline Ocker was born in Sulphur Springs, Henry Co, IN on October 10, 1896.⁽²⁶²⁴⁾ Jacobs has the birthdate as October 28, 1895. Nanny died on July 5, 1911 in Henry County, IN, at age 14.⁽²⁶²⁵⁾ Her body was interred in the Miller Cemetery on July 7, 1911 in Fall Creek Twp, Henry Co, IN.⁽²⁶²⁶⁾ Her funeral was held on July 7, 1911 in Springport, Henry Co, IN.⁽²⁶²⁷⁾ The following individual is also linked to this event: Will Fox (funeral director). Undertaker Will Fox went to Springport at noon to conduct the funeral of Miss Pauline Ocker the 16 year old daughter of Mr & Mrs Lee Ocker. The funeral was held this afternoon at the Dunkard Church west of Springport at 2 o'clock and interment was made in the Miller Cemetery.
