She married Thomas Lauver March 1883. Thomas was born on August 15, 1859.⁽⁴⁰¹³⁾ Thomas was the son of Balthaser Lauver and Mary Graybill. Thomas died February 5, 1922 at age 62. His body was interred after February 5, 1922 in Richfield Cem Richfield, Juniata Co, PA. When Thomas was age 25 and Anna Shirk was age 19 they became the parents of Clarence Lauver January 11, 1885. When Thomas was age 26 and Anna Shirk was age 20 they became the parents of Gertrude E. Lauver March 16, 1886. When Thomas was age 28 and Anna Shirk was age 22 they became the parents of Mary Lauver December 27, 1887. When Thomas was age 29 and Anna Shirk was age 23 they became the parents of Orville B. Lauver February 12, 1889. When Thomas was age 36 and Anna Shirk was age 30 they became the parents of Mabel A. Lauver April 20, 1896. When Thomas was age 38 and Anna Shirk was age 32 they became the parents of Ruth F. Lauver January 2, 1898. When Thomas was age 41 and Anna Shirk was age 35 they became the parents of Lottie E.
