He married Mabel Beeles in 1927.⁽⁴²⁵⁶⁾ Mabel was born on June 10, 1906.⁽⁴²⁵⁷⁾ When Mabel was age 23 and Harry James Rinker was age 23 they became the parents of Wesley Rinker in September 1929.⁽⁴²⁵⁸⁾ When Mabel was age 23 and Harry James Rinker was age 23 they became the parents of Ray Rinker in September 1929.⁽⁴²⁵⁹⁾ When Mabel was age unknown and Harry James Rinker was age unknown they became the parents of Nina May Rinker est 1931.⁽⁴²⁶⁰⁾

Harry was listed as a son in Marion O. Rinker's household on the 1920 Census in Monroe Township, Delaware County, IN.⁽⁴²⁶¹⁾ The following individuals are also linked to this event: David M.
