1369. Walter Lee⁹ Rinker (Marion O.⁸, Mary Ann⁷ Clevenger, Mary M.⁶ Acker, Anthony⁵, Casper⁴, Peter³, Casper², Jacob?¹) was born on April 17, 1896.⁽⁴²⁴⁶⁾ Walter died on June 28, 1928 at age 32.⁽⁴²⁴⁷⁾ His death date is inconsistent with his son Walter's birthdate.

He married Nellie Banaka on September 11, 1918.⁽⁴²⁴⁸⁾ Nellie was born est 1897. When Nellie was age 24 and Walter Lee Rinker was age 26 they became the parents of Malcom Rinker on May 5, 1922.⁽⁴²⁴⁹⁾ When Nellie was age 32 and Walter Lee Rinker was age 33 they became the parents of Walter Rinker on November 10, 1929.⁽⁴²⁵⁰⁾

Walter was listed as a son in Marion O. Rinker's household on the 1900 Census in Monroe Township, Delaware County, IN.⁽⁴²⁵¹⁾ The following individuals are also linked to this event: George T. Barrett (enumerator); John W. Jones (neighbor); Charles A. Burium? (neighbor); Effie Bernice Rinker (daughter); Margaret J. Myers (wife). When Walter was age 26 and Nellie Banaka was age 24 they became the parents of Malcom Rinker on May 5, 1922.⁽⁴²⁵²⁾ When Walter was age 33 and Nellie Banaka was age 32 they became the parents of Walter Rinker on November 10, 1929.⁽⁴²⁵³⁾

Walter Lee Rinker and Nellie Banaka had the following children:
