27. Catherine Rebecca³ Strayer (Amelia Elizabeth² McElwee, Charles¹) (#4081) was born in IN on January 2, 1869.⁽²⁷⁵⁾ Catherine died in 1953 at age 84.⁽²⁷⁶⁾ Her body was interred at Mt. Hope Cemetery in 1956 in Peru, Miami County, IN.⁽²⁷⁷⁾

She married Henry Benner in 1890.⁽²⁷⁸⁾ (Henry Benner is #4086.) Henry was born ca March 1864 in IN.⁽²⁷⁹⁾ Henry died in 1930 at age 66.⁽²⁸⁰⁾ Henry was listed as the head of a family on the 1920 Census in Erie Township, Miami County, IN.⁽²⁸¹⁾
