Elizabeth was born on Feburary 2, 1882 in Lostant, LaSalle County, IL.⁽³⁴⁾ Elizabeth was the daughter of Henry Sherman and Sophia Went. Elizabeth died on August 23, 1930 in Kankakee, Kankakee County, IL, at age 48.⁽³⁵⁾ Secondary cause of death was metastosis of right lung and left breast which occurred over a two year period.

Her body was interred at the Mound Grove Cemetery Sec 14, Lot SG 3662 on August 25, 1930 in Kankakee, Kankakee County, IL.⁽³⁶⁾ Phillips and Friday was the undertaker firm. There is no gravestone. The reocrd of internment give the place as Section P.C.G, Lot 1800; (B-15?).
