Harry Elwood⁴ Small (John A.³, Jesse², George¹) was born in Tipton County, IN in 1866.⁽³⁹⁵¹⁾ Harry died on September 22, 1949 in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN, at age 83.⁽³⁹⁵²⁾ He died after a long illness for which he was hospitalized on September 6, 1949. His body was interred in the East Union Cemetery Section 1, Row 1, Lot 6 after September 22, 1949 in East Union, Hamilton Co, IN.⁽³⁹⁵³⁾ The gravestone reads: "Harry E. Small, 1866-1949."

He married Minnie E. Mills on January 14, 1892 in Tipton County, IN.⁽³⁹⁵⁴⁾ Minnie was born in 1867 in Ohio.⁽³⁹⁵⁵⁾ Minnie died on January 3, 1958 in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN, at age 90.⁽³⁹⁵⁶⁾ Her body was interred in the East Union Cemetery Section 1, Row 1, Lot 6 after January 3, 1958 in East Union, Hamilton Co, IN.⁽³⁹⁵⁷⁾ The gravestone reads: "Minnie E. Small, 1867-1958."
